1. Student Devices
Fees are based on the number of school-provided student devices onto which our app is installed. We do not charge for installations on other devices, and encourage users to install our free app on their personal devices and Windows PCs.
2. Administrators
Administrator are special teacher-users with the ability to customize the school’s account settings, add new users, and give users meaningful usernames and display names en masse.
Administrators can also execute end of year processing to archive the accounts of students who have graduated, and re-register remaining students to their new grade and class, so that students’ data over the course of multiple years can serve as a learning portfolio.
3. Quick Login
Quick Login makes it possible for students to login at the beginning of each class without entering a password. This feature is intended for schools where multiple students log in and out of our service from a shared set of devices, under the supervision of a teacher. For classrooms where each student will use a dedicated device or where students will log in without supervision, we recommend using standard login to protect privacy and prevent misuse.

Our School Plan is always free for teachers
Fees for the School Plan are based on the number of school-provided student devices onto which our app is installed. If your school wishes to use our full-featured service with teacher-users only, you can do so at no cost!
There are many ways teachers might use LoiLoNote School without student accounts:
- Keep a record of what was written on the board in each class
- Share materials between teachers
- Facilitate staff meetings
- Prepare materials for the day’s lessons

Our School Plan can be free for students too
As a pilot school, your school (or classroom) can use all the features of the paid School Plan with an unlimited number of teacher- and student-users for free for one year. In exchange, we simply ask pilot schools to provide one single-page report per semester detailing how you used LoiLoNote School in your lessons.
